- 32 acres in the heart of Pungo, Virginia Beach's horse country.
- 8 stall barn manufactured to withstand winds greater than 140 mph.
- Competition size ring. Well drained with crushed granite and concrete sand "all weather" footing, and jumps by Jumps USA.
- 4 board oak fenced pasture for safety.
- Run-in sheds, ample pasture, endophyte-free, and pony/laminitis preventive "dry lot" options with FRESH water checked twice daily.
- Tack room/lounge with view of ring is heated and cooled.
- Feed room with sink, refrigerator, washer/dryer, heat and air-conditioning.
- Wash stall has hot water as well as overhead horse heater, and bright lights.
- Heavy-duty custom designed drain is easily emptied to prevent back-ups.
- Center-aisle barn is unobstructed by buildings or trees to provide maximum air flow. Additionally, the commercial overhead aisle doors, increased pitch of the roof, and raised barn elevation capture breezes. A dutch door and Casablanca ceiling fan in each stall insures that horses will have healthy ventilation.
- Custom measured stall mats by Linear rubber on limed compacted stone dust prevents health problems caused by ammonia fumes.
- Stall guards on the aisle instead of solid doors, and partial wall grills between stalls keep more air moving.
- Zincalume lined stall walls are pressure treated and cleaned.
- Automatic stall waterers are checked at least twice daily.
- Lightning rods on the barn have ground checked seasonally.
- Hay is tested and diets are customized with quality ADM feed.
- Indoor Orion lighting reduces winter hair growth and regulating heat cycles of mares.
